A new photo is up on Muppet Central's home page. It's another candid shot with the backround swapped for a more familiar backstage setting. Placing the posers in a context really seems to make them shine. If only MR would remodel my apartment to look like the Muppet set!

The more I think about it the more I believe the letters to be a ploy to encourage collectors to buy the entire series, but on top of that they've decided to make it challenging to buy the whole series. Fraggle fans have waited so long for product to hit market that this blind box taunting just...

I suspect quality control and eye placement will improve with Travis helming the Muppet brand over at MR. It still boggles my mind how anyone can mass-produce a Muppet, much less get the pupils uniform. However, they really should and can be better at $299 a pop. I think it will be an easy fix...

Here's one more unretouched hi-resolution close-up of Gonzo and his famous nose. :concern: This is exactly how it looks extremely close. No better, no worse. One foot back, he looks better. Three feet back, almost perfect. That's an honest opinion.

I admit that up (very) close the nose fabric is unfortunate mainly for two reasons: the seams and the regularity of the semi-transparent fabric's "foam look" pattern. Everything else is a micro-issue to me. Being on the team that produced the post series two Gonzo figures I bow to this one as...

As one of this products greatest skeptics and critics I can agree with much of what you said. Not even my (fresh out of the box) photos do him justice. However he does look pretty sweet out of the box. I wouldn't use the term "authentic" with this Gonzo, but I would use the term "replica"...

I know you would have probably reported it if you knew, but do you know if bits of the mocumentary will make it to Disney XD? The webcam thing really seems like a written bit from the reported ten minute piece. :) :o

I'm very glad these are being received so well. The side panel is closed for smilies, but I'm workin' on a few things icon-wise. There's always going to be somebody left out. I did have a Boober ready to go and a Johnny Fiama but they were just redundant and I didn't feel like scrapping any that...
