Steve, Jerry, Richard and Dave. Probably Steve or Jerry on lead vocals.
Probably Frank and Steve, though I realized I have two live hands characters in there (Bo and the Chef), so it might be Louise and Jerry with a free hand each.
Dave, Richard, and Jerry.
Beautiful Day Monster: Richard
Season Five Frackles: Jerry, Dave, Louise, Steve, Kathy, Betsy
the Zucchini Brothers: Dave as the blue one (who has most of the dialogue), Richard as the gray one, Steve as the pink one

Wow, thank you very much! I do still plan on doing more outlines, probably nothing in the immediate future. I hadn't planned on doing any other Oscar/Kermit material but now you've got me thinking about it.
David "Gorgon Heap" Ebersole
I had to look it up myself when I started writing this. Turns out, they did once, in the late 80s:
I took inspiration from this for their interactions, coming up with new nicknames that Oscar could give Kermit.

We worked on this so long ago that our correspondence was through AOL Instant Messenger. But, once ideas started coming to me again, I went back and finished it. Since Barry already included Oscar the Grouch in the closing number, and since it was set around the time Big Bird was on the show...
Two corrections:
When Kermit is talking to Annie Sue in the second backstage scene, he is still speaking to her when he says, "I'm also sorry you got dragged into this!", shifting his attention when he gets to "dragged into this" in order to put Robin on the spot.
In "Pigs in Space", Piggy...

This was inspired by a visit to the Jim Henson exhibit at the Atlanta Center for Puppetry Arts! Submitted for your approval:
"It's The Muppet Show, with our very special guest star, Teri Garr! YAY!"

Halloween bump. Yeah, the Devil and minions emerge from a trap door during the closing number, with the following exchange:
Devil: "Hey, I'm the soul man around here!"
Minion: "I always thought you was a leg man, boss."
(The Devil snarls. He and the minions retreat back down the trap door.)...
Misspelling I'm too late to edit: the hillbilly daycare service is called, of course, The Hootenannies. I don't know what "nannines" are but apparently my spell check does.
Best known for her roles in "Gigi" (as Gigi's grandmother and guardian) and "The Music Man" (as the mayor's wife, Eulalie MacKecknie Shinn), she appeared once with the Muppets on "The Mike Douglas Show" duetting her best-known song, "I Remember It Well" with King Goshposh (introduced here as...
The more I think of it, the more I see this episode being earlier in the season, circa the James Coburn and Brooke Shields episodes, so I'm officially changing that.
SPECIAL GUEST STAR: MARTHA RAYE
STYLE: EARLY-MID SEASON ONE (circa Florence Henderson, Paul Williams)
OPENING THEME:
FOZZIE: “Hey! I wouldn’t call Dr. Bob a quack, but every year, he gets a Christmas card from the undertaker!”
MARTHA RAYE: in the Talk Spot set with Fozzie, Gonzo, Rowlf...
Dave is the Koozebanian, Richard is Mildred, except in "At the Dance", and Behemoth.
It's funny, when deciding who should play Mildred backstage, I realized she was only ever played by Frank Oz in "At the Dance" but played by Richard in all other projects -- "The Muppet Valentine Show", "The...
