Aly: No, nothing really new.
Sam: This still isn't wholesome American entertainment.
Maggie: *grabs iPod* How about you listen to some music while we enjoy Gonzo's acts.
Sam: *scrolls through songs, making comments on singers* German...British...Weirdo...
Maggie: Gonzo's doing what?
Delilah: Get the popcorn!
Sam: Why do I feel this is not wholesome entertainment?
Aly: Um...Because it's more interesting than anything you would find entertaining?
Yeah, it always leaves me confused because in that scene, we see the fraggles at about the same size as those two, but throughout the two TV series, you can see that the Muppets are about half the height of the guest stars while the fraggles are rather small compared to Doc.
Well, I refuse to look at that Smurf link, but I saw a trailer, possibly the same one, for it when I went see Toy Story 3. Recently, I've been watching that show (along with others) frequently on Boomerang, and I really like the idea of the show and there could be a good movie made out of this...
So, a while back, we were talking about foreign candies. What about a Cadbury (sorry about any misspellings) chocolate candy called Aero? There may have been another flavor sold, but I tried the mint, and it was awesome. They sell it in England, but they also sell it at Disney World in that...
Oh, how hilarious! I was watching some show on TV and that gravity ball commercial came on, and that was one of the first thoughts I had upon seeing it.
I really loved any episode with Cantus in it, and the final three episodes were such an amazing way to wrap up the series, the only way to make them better would be to not end the series. ;)
Well, just to be fair, I'm not a big fan of those specials now, but those are part of what reintroduced me to the classic Muppets. After seeing those, I ended up getting the first three movies from Blockbuster and rekindling my interest in them.
Got that right! I'm not really as much of a fan of the 90's as the 80's, but I love lots of music that's older than I am, LOL. ;) Of course, this one time, we had an "80's Day" (I got to dress up in legwarmers and a mini skirt with lots of jelly bracelets :)) at school, and the teachers were...
Yes, Animal is much taller than I would have assumed, but of course, we usually see him sitting down at his drum kit. :halo::sing:
And Kermie is rather short compared to how tall I would have guessed. :)
Just saw it, and the "Bring a box of tissues," claim was an understatement. I was sobbing throughout most of the film. Very great job done by Pixar.
Also, on the radio just before we went, they said that Sid appeared as an adult in the film, and he was mentioned in the end credits. Was he the...
My dad and I were playing some quizzes last night, and we ended up coming across a few Muppet ones, including a quiz just about the Electric Mayhem. I can't believe that they actually said (not as an answer, but as a fun fact in between questions) that Janice was performed by Frank Oz. :p
You have fellow Muppet Freak friends? (Outside of on here, I mean...)
In the past few weeks I have used Scooter's "Even when you know what it is, you don't know what it is," line twice, both times involving song lyrics:
The first time, one of my friends and I were competing in a "Misheard...
Actually, it seems that the "Twihards" have gone extinct by now. Most of them are either "Sure, I'll go see the new movie, but don't expect me to be as excited as seeing the first one" (like me) or become a hater of the series.
Either way, it's been years since the last book was published, but...
