I see you guys are "enjoying" the heat right now. :p I was in Florida yesterday and the day before and also on the way home all day today, but instead of being incredibly hot, it was incredibly rainy. :(
(Don't get me wrong, I like the rain, just not while I'm trying to take pictures and go on...
LOL, I don't have that game, but I tend to constantly do that (along with the voices of some of my original puppet characters) with songs on the radio and my iPod.
On a long road trip, someone brings their laptop so you could watch...
I have a few, but we're going on vacation, so you would have to wait a while unless somebody else can help.
Here are the ones I can think of offhand:
"Octopus's Garden" (TMS-Robin and Kermit)
"She Loves You" (TMS-Beetles)
"Drive My Car" (Elmo-Note: It's a CD track file, not MP3)
"With a Little...
Hmm...It's kinda hard to pick one. I remember liking the song "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" when I was about 4 or 5 or so (of course, back then, I was just familiar with the Jesse McCartney and Anne Hathaway cover version), but as for currently, it would probably be "Your Song".
Just added a bunch more songs to my iPod, so here goes...
1. What's my mood like right now?
"Hopelessly Devoted to You"-Grease
(Heartbroken...;_; )
2. How's tomorrow going to be for me?
"My Heart Will Go On"
(Let's hope it won't end up like the Titanic.)
3. What kind of person am I?
"A...
Yes, it's not the best Muppet movie, but it's certainly one of my top picks of the post-Henson films.
I'm not sure I would call it overrated, but I certainly preferred the other two of the first three classic Muppets films.
Cool, I was just listening to that...and "Your Song"...and "Don't Go Breaking My Heart"...and "I Guess that's Why They Call it the Blues"...
(Obsessed much? *puts on a pair of sunglasses* Kinda...;))
Very cool. I'm guessing this is just the UK, though. But I did find two pairs of socks, one pair Kermit and the other Miss Piggy, in the discount section of Target a while back. :)
There are lyrics to it other than just the meeping? D:
You are convinced that the lyrics to "Bennie and the Jets" include "La la la la, la la la la la..."
(but "Crocodile Rock"'s lyrics do...;))
I was watching an episode of The Twilight Zone on Chiller, and during a commercial break they were showing an ad for a movie that's going to have the "network television premier" or whatever on their channel this Friday. The ad mentioned that the movie featured "Ashley Greene from Twilight"...
I think I'll try watching it next season or so, but the only episode I saw of it was all rap and disco, my two least favorite music genres. :p
How could I forget that one? I watch clips of it on YouTube all the time! :D
That's probably my favorite modern cartoon/Disney Channel show. Of course...
They don't allow it at the Atlanta museum or either of the two museums where we saw the Jim Henson's Fantastic World :(, although my study skills teacher was at the Smithsonian and said that they allowed pictures of certain things, including Kermie :). The Leland exhibit also allows photos. :D
I was just there a few weeks ago. They currently have Song of the Cloud Forest puppets, but I don't think that's permanent. I can't remember if Kermie is a puppet or poser, though.
My dad pointed this out yesterday or the day before, but have we ever seen Scooter "go-fer" anything? He's brought a mechanical Kermit backstage, sung at least two duets with Fozzie, staged a musical number for Sandy Duncan, etc., but I can't seem to remember a single time he was doing his job...
