That puppet is beautiful! The more I see what people on this website are creating with puppets, the more envious I get of their incredible talent. And believe me, this puppet is cause for some serious envy!

I bought Mel Blanc's autobiography way back in 1988 (just before he died), and in it he confirmed that he is, indeed, allergic to carrots. Talk about irony (and carrots are a good source of iron)!

I hadn't heard about this, but it's wonderful news if it's really going to happen! A similar off-Braodway show, Reefer Madness, was also recently turned into a movie and was just incredible, so I'd be anxious to see what they'll do with Avenue Q!

Tim Burton is second only to Jim Henson in my book. The man is a brilliantly dark creator who never ceases to inspire me. My favorite film of his is Sleepy Hollow. My fiance and I have even decorated our kitchen in a Tim Burton-theme, with lots of movie posters and little toys of his characters...
