A great list to be sure, (Hal Sparks would be a riot!) but even after all of these years I would still want to see Village People on TMS. I always felt that they were a perfect fit for the madness of the Muppets. Besides, the pigs on the show covered "In the Navy" and "Macho Man", so why not...
I went to WDW last December, and got a little choked up walking through Toontown. As I understand it, Mickey and Minnie will greet guests at the Exposition Hall in Town Square and Pixie Hollow will occupy the area where Toontown once stood. The whole expansion looks impressive, but come on, get...
I always liked the way that The Mary Tyler Moore Show ended, they're all crying and singing "It's a Long Way to Tipperary" and when it's all said and done, Mary goes out the door, turns back a minute and turns of the light. (Okay, so I'm old!) Classic stuff!
The series finale that ALWAYS ticked...
Yorick, no one told me about Lord Vader...so when he uttered that famous line, I looked at my brother and mother and went, "NO WAY!" We actually went to see it again a few weeks later, and then in the summer of 1981 when it was re-released, back before home video. I long for the days of spoiler...
I cannot believe that "The Empire Strikes Back" and Pac Man are 30 years old this weekend. I still remember when they first came out. I saw "Empire" on opening night at the drive-in on a double bill with "Meatballs". My first encounter with Pac Man was at the Wareham House of Pizza when I was 7...
I have an Entertainment Company called Solosound Entertainment. I am a full service DJ and Karaoke host. Also, I lead a Wiggles tribute show called "Toot Toot, Chugga Chugga" with my cousin and some friends, I am an Elvis impersonator and do a variety of other singing shows for long term health...
For me, hands down, has to be Spacegodzilla from 1994's "Godzilla vs. Spacegodzilla". As a longtime fan of Big G and his movies, this was the only monster that opposed him that I found nothing to like about. Other of Godzilla's foes were either so campy they were cool or had interesting back...
For me it was "Born to Add". I am a lifelong Springsteen fan, so I got really jazzed up when I heard and saw this bit on Sesame Street. I remember going outside after seeing it a few times and dancing around the backyard singing it. I even recorded it on an audio cassette right off of the TV so...
What exciting news! I remember watching this special when it first aired and then never seeing it again. I shall be buying this DVD, no question about it! As all of you have stated, I hope this is a sign of good things to come.
I seem to remember the Mummenscanz appearing on Sesame Street back in 1977 or 1978 as well, doing bits throughout an episode in between segments. I have always been a fan of theirs.
Yes, but DrTooth, consider this...how many original stories has Disney actually done? Little Mermaid is a Hans Christen Andersen story, Snow White is the Grimm Brothers, and so on. Disney very rarely writes their own stories...heck, even the one EVERYBOD loves, The Lion King is based on an...
Personally, I am just glad to see Disney finally do a movie on Rapunzel. They have done every other fairytale princess' story, and this actually first crossed my mind while watching Shrek the Third. Rapunzel wa the only princess in that movie that Disney hadn't tackled yet. So call the new movie...
Season 37 (2006) is when she adopted her Puerto Rican son Marco, which was a three-part story arc. I haven't been able to watch the show as much as I used to, so I really don't know how that plot device is panning out... I recall yet another Elmo story where he feels jealous because Gina spends...
My dad has told me that I look like Elvis Presley for years, (could be why I became an impersonator) but my brothers and sister swear I look like Harold Ramis as Egon in Ghostbusters. Not a bad combo really. I will say that I see the Ramis resemblance more than Elvis though.
I have:
Muppet Show (Seasons 1-3)
Mr. Belvedere (Seasons 1-3)

My favorite film composer behind Akira Ifukube...Alan Silvestri has quite the impressive list of movies to his scoring credit. The Back to the Future Trilogy is my favorite of his works, a true credit to the movie and music world!
