D'Snowth's Scale Model of Sesame Street

That's . . . not a bad idea, actually. I'd probably have to wait until spring when the model is clear of leaves and snow and such.

D'Snowth's Scale Model of Sesame Street

The tree itself is a model tree that I had gotten from Hobby Lobby in a pack of two. I had to remove a few branches and some of the foliage from both of them to bring them into scale, but I left one of them green, and dipped the foliage of the other into some orange paint, then highlighted that...

D'Snowth's Scale Model of Sesame Street

So I mentioned a while back that I discovered something that I had been wishing was in existence for a good number of years: a miniature hole-punch that can punch in the shape of leaves! I found such a tool on eBay, and immediately ordered one back in the summer: For several weeks, I made a...

DOUBLE D: Why, Ed! I didn't know you could play the violin! ED: In my mom's dreams, I can.

    Sesame Street Season 49 Episode 4901 - When You're a Vet

I really got a Dora vibe from the new Abby cartoon. Other than that . . . I think Shane summed up the story very well. It almost felt like they weren't sure what direction to go with it, and just strung it along as they went.

Christmas: Are they shoving it down our throats too early?

Listen to Comcast's Sounds of the Seasons Music Choice channel whenever they play Christmas music. Lots of people have been complaining about it for a few years now.

    Animated Hotties?

There's another Rosita? How is that possible?! I always figured Rosita fell into the One Mario Limit trope.

I dunno. What is it with other dudes and boobs? Or girls and shoulders?

    Animated Hotties?

Molly's voice actress is really, really easy on the eyes. But, I'd rather jump on the Marina bandwagon.

Christmas: Are they shoving it down our throats too early?

Not anymore. Traditional like Elvis, Bing, Sinatra, Como, Williams, Mathis, and others are being phased out more and more in favor of Bieber, Taylor Swift, Meghan Trainor, Ariana Grande, Bubbly Mikey Pizza Crust. Yes they are, we have to have Thanksgiving first.

You Ever Notice...and What's the Deal...

Well, Flash is becoming an industry standard now. I can still remember when it wasn't, it was just a program for web-based animation like Homestar Runner, and the like.

The "I Saw Something REALLY Weird Today" Thread

This is certainly a guilty pleasure for me. Not the greatest thing that Paul Lynde could lend his talent to, but I mean, it definitely falls into the So Bad It's Good category, I think. It's also commonly mistaken for being a Sid & Marty Krofft special, not just for the inclusion of Witchiepoo...

What is your favorite Sid and Marty Krofft shows?

I actually wrote about my thoughts on the Kroffts' resurgence of new work not too long ago: http://josephscarbrough.blogspot.com/2018/05/my-unfinished-thoughts-on-sid-marty.html As for MUTT & STUFF, specifically . . . to me, it doesn't even really feel like a Krofft show, at all. It feels more...

What is your favorite Sid and Marty Krofft shows?

Apparently that was the standard for a Saturday Morning show back in those days. I mean, if you look at some of Hanna-Barbera's shows from that time, I think many of them had that same number of episodes per season as well. Then again, back then, primetime shows seem to fluxuate their number of...

What is your favorite Sid and Marty Krofft shows?

Nope! H.R. PUFNSTUF only had 17 episodes. Come to think of it, with the exception of SIGMUND AND THE SEA MONSTERS and LAND OF THE LOST, just about all of their old shows only had 17 episodes.
