Oh, great. So I guess, like with TMS, now this means we'll never get the remaining seasons of ED, EDD N EDDY on DVD . . . or any other classic Cartoon Network show for that matter. At least we got Courage, albeit on vanilla releases, but still.
Check the tank. It could be as simple as the chain connecting to the handle and the plug in the bottom getting tangled up in itself and not being able to lower the plug to completely close so the tank can refill.

Speaking of dips, when it comes to potato chips, the only flavor I tend to actually dip is original/regular, because they generally have no flavor - the dip adds some flavor to them. Otherwise, this is why I usually go for flavored potato chips like sour cream and onion or barbecue.
