TV Alert: Sesame Street in second CNN Town Hall addressing racism on Saturday June 6, 2020

They're probably not doing one, for now at least.

TV Alert: Muppet fan Chris Stulz on "Collector's Call" on MeTV Sunday May 31, 2020

You would probably have to pay me to get me to accept that Dark Crystal thing; Chris made the right decision.

    Elmo and Cookie Monster

Precisely. It's very obvious when something is dubbed. For EIG, Frank seemed to only be there for the various interjections from Ernie and Bert (which seem to me like they were put in late in the process to help quell kids' fears during uneasy/scary moments). Also for that, there was a thing...

Etienne Delessert's version of "Bein' Green"

We've been looking into it and haven't come across it yet in an episode. It's possible it might not have aired; the imagery is extremely surreal. And it also uses Frank Sinatra's version of the song, which they might have had trouble getting the rights to in the end.

Sesame Street Season 50 Episode 5029 - The Treasure of Yucky Mama

Yeah, it's all kinda weird. The actual season premiere worked fine as a Big Bird-centric story and set up the recurring series/theme of the season. The episode introducing Charlie worked as a "hey, new character and also meet all the other character" type of episodes they've done before. And...

Sesame Street Season 50 Episode 5029 - The Treasure of Yucky Mama

One of the more anticipated episodes of the season, and I guess it was a little lower than my expectations. I get why they don't care about continuity anymore, but it was nice that they acknowledged some of the cosmetic changes directly. I'm not gonna complain about how Elmo and Abby should...

Unearthing previously "lost" Sesame Street episodes

Judging from some clips that have been shared officially on their site or YouTube, it seems fair to say that they might have reels of the raw street scene footage. But it probably wasn't super known to them which episodes they were lacking.

Your Thoughts: HBO Max streaming service officially launches

No, you can't do it through iTunes. I don't know what devices (like fire stick or Roku or whatever) it's availible through.

Official: New Fraggle Rock full-length series in development, Classic Fraggle Rock arrives on AppleTV+

Good news, certainly. But the old show had such a perfect team of people behind it; lightning doesn't strike twice.

Sesame Street Season 50 Episode 5028 - Searching for Letter Y

Maybe HBO isn't being shown in HD on your cable system, but online it was certainly HD.

Video: "The Not-Too-Late Show with Elmo" YouTube Preview Thursday May 21, 2020

Some of the performers and crew are in there as well. But that was very cute. It's nice to see all the characters involved (especially Baby Bear! His mom works there, makes sense he does too). Feels a little less structured than the average late night show, but they try to cram a lot into 15...

Official: Elmo’s Staying Up Late Show coming to HBO Max on May 27, 2020

I would make sure to watch it live; I'm not certain it will be up all that long afterwards.

    The "You know what?" thread

The "prom night-night" was no doubt intentional; they did a cast reuniting night awhile back, so this isn't dissimilar. I won't bother to butcher her real last name, but the woman who plays Erica posted on Instagram that the only episode left to shoot was the season finale before they had to...

Frank Oz's appearances throughout his later seasons

Keep in mind, the Season 30-beyond numbers are going to be lower by nature of there being fewer episodes allowing for new material.
