If MTI was a license all on its own, there's no doubt we would see Lew Zealand as a pirate, even though he was basically wasted in MTI. Not "wasted" like "high," but wasted in the sense that Lew is a great character, and they could have at least given him some lines...a swordfish...have HIM be...
Okay, I've been waiting for the Collectors Club sections to go up for a looong time now, and I'm done waiting. I've got about dozen things that I'm saving for the CC, just in case that ever really happens...some really cool stuff that I think you'll like.
In the meantime, there's some other...
Is she going to be the larger plush size (12 - 14 inches) ?
Sababa's doing some good stuff. I haven't bought any of their stuff yet...but I like watching it go by.
I did some plays in high school...I was Reverend Byrd in "Shenandoah" (a verrry small role) and Motel Kamzoil in "Fiddler on the Roof," which means I never ever in a million years want to hear "Wonder of Wonder, Miracle of Miracles" again. Never. Ever. My shining moment was as Charlie Baker...
Hey...I'm posting this here in the hopes that Byron will catch it...I suppose I could always e-mail it to him, but someone may be interested.
Anyway, I was in Claire's today looking for some nice Sesame Street stuff (didn't really find any) and they had these tins of lip gloss...they're 3-4...
Thanks man--there are a LOT more in the works...and they'll be up on a site somewhere soon enough. Well, as soon as the rest of my life settles down.

I'm excited for this one too...good cast, good director, hopefully a good script...
I loves the Batman.
:zany:
(a penguin was the most Batman-y icon I could find.)
I voted for Emily Bear (again), but I do think Mildred would be visually interesting.
And she would sink the S.S. Palisades, and then I'd never get any Muppet toys again, and I'd never ever forgive you. Or...forget.
:boo:
Hey--this may be too late to help you with your problem, but I hear if you stick the figure in the freezer for a few minutes, it helps to loosen sticky joints. I've never actually had the problem myself, but I've seen that suggested again and again on toy websites.
Good luck!
:zany:
I got mine last Friday, and it MAY be my favorite figure of the line. I'll have to wait until I've settled down to be sure, but it's been four days (four?) and it's still number one. Such a great toy. Ohhhh buddy. :)
I was just noticing the same thing, except it was about people who were born in 1973. ;)
1981 was a huge year for Muppets and Miss Piggy in particular...but you were all too young to notice. Did y'all get hooked on Muppet Babies as pups or what?
No-no-noooo...two is supposed to be EASIER!!! :concern:
Thanks for the congrats guys (and by guys I mean gals too) ...
We've had quite the crazy time lately, with a new pregnancy, moving into our first home this weekend, me finishing up my student teaching, graduating...a lot of things...
From what I've understood about what Ken said, if they wanted a character from any particular Muppet program, they'd be able to get them. For example, even though they may not technically have the rights to the Jim Henson Hour, if they wanted to make a Digit figure, Henson would likely let them...
NO! We want Elmo and Zoe and Baby Bear!!!
I actually do want Elmo and Zoe, but behind several--make that MANY other characters.
Oooh, and then they could make international expansion sets for other productions...but I won't get you started.
:concern:
Adventure Kermit will be a show exclusive this year, meaning that anyone attending any of the various collector's shows this year will be able to purchase it. Palisades Collectors Club members will be able to purchase it through the website. You may be able to hook up with someone at the...
