They are all jokes you know. It's called comedy. I think it's always funny when Kermit can threaten to fire someone when they go that one step too far. Kermit is nice, but he's not suppose to be a push over.
It's not a matter of asking for thel icense. Palisafdes has to pay for it. Right now they are having a hard time getting Sesame Street into store, and that show is still huge and on the air. Maybe if the fraggle rock movie does really well it would be worth it, but not now.
I thought it was hilarious with the rats. They were great. And usually performers will put on a Rizzo like voice when doing a rat just like they will do a Kermit like voice when doing a frog many times like in MTM.
Kathy Mullen was Leona on BEtween the Lions for season 1 and 2 and was Allegra on Allegras Window, the show on Nick Jr. awhile back. She also did other puppet work, but nothing muppet other than Fraggle Rock which is odd.
According to IMDB all of the original fraggles are listed with their...
Yeah, that is one of the best scenes with to characters performed by the same performer. When I watch it I don't think who is performing Kermit or Rowlf, I wonder how theh eck Jim was able to perform both at the same time. It's so good that you don't even notice at least half (if not the whole...
Considering it's been going on for a few months and they revamped the site and they added an adveretisement to the start of it now meaning they can sell it, I doubt this is some kind of test run.
Looks like they just reused the MTI menus and the MCC ones too. They seemed pretty good on the MTI dvd though so I guess changing it wouldn't make much sense.
True. I mean, the idea of Sam being handed off to some new guy didn't sit well, but the character seemed dead on to me. The idea of Steve and Dave not doing the movies.com thing is not good, but the characters seem to be beter because of it. It's odd.
Steve was new and he was thrown into the mix early on and Richard I believe was some kid who landed a gig on the muppet show and was given main characters right off the back. In an interview with Jim Henson on oneo f those special I think he said that it takes only a year to make the hand move...
Franlly when it comes to Statler and Waldorf I AM in favor of some recastng. I am NOT in favor of recasting the core group like KErmit and Fozzie and I am NOT in favor of multiple performers at one time. So there are really 3 issues here and it seems a few people are only looking at one. I...
Yeah, that is a good point. Frankly I LIKE these new Statler and Waldorf guys. They seem to be a lot better at being the characters instead of really haming it up like Dave and Steve did a lot. They are really good.
When it comes to changing performers for characters like Statler and...
