William Shatner on the Muppet Show

I'm not sure why you decided to have Kermit say certain things. The concept was there but you went too far with Kermit.

New Talk Show: Late Night Buffet

Yeah to us they will be muppets. Legal terms mean nothing to us fans. Unless the Jim Henson Company goes in some crazy direction with their puppets, these too will likely look like and be muppets to us. I have to say though that I do not see the story teller and creature shp stuff as...

    Statler & Waldorf on movies.com

Well the originals are dead, get over it. If you're going to let a voice change keep you from enjoying anything new the muppets do, too bad for you.

Well when a show does flash backs they don'[t normally go outside the show.

A Video from the Muppets Disney Stage Show: RARE!!!

It's also possible Scooter was some kind of announcer for the show. Personally I would love to see something similar done today, only instead of using costumes use puppets. There are already a bunch of puppet shows at Disney so why not do one with the muppets that is pre-recorded? I think...

Authentic, Fully Licensed, Muppet Replicas Coming!

Actually I would LOVE a GMC style Kermit. I wonder if Master Replicas would consider a kind of accessory line to provide various costume changes.

    Sam's color

Looks cool? I dunno, but someone did do a repaint of the Sam figure from Palsiades to look like a more real eagle. Very interesting looking.

    Inspiration for Johnny Fiama

Sinatra with a bit of Tony. I would say voice wise he's more Sinatraish and look wise he has some Dino in him as well as some young Tony.

    What are Kermit's build specs?

It couldn't have. That would make it far too thick.

I just what to buy it ...

Yeah, thats a great puppet. If I had the 500 to spend I'd buy it. Love the home movie that goes with it. It's truly amazing.

Authentic, Fully Licensed, Muppet Replicas Coming!

So this is an actual factory sample? if so, WOW! That really came a long way from the first one. My only real worry is that the face doesn't seem to be able to lay flat. It's almost always scrunched up. I think that is something you guys should focus on. It should be easy to make the mouth...

    What about Bean?

Actually Pepe and Bean serve very similar purposes. Bean is there to be the cute one so all the other muppets don't have to be, while Pepe is the adult one while all the others are turning more cute.

    What about Bean?

Bean was never popular really. He was starting to be one of Steve's main guys though before Jim Henson died. He is not MIA though. He has been in every muppet production escept for MTI I believe. He was in MCC, MFS, he made the occassional appearance on MT, he was in AVMMC breifly, and he...

    The eBay Muppet Knock-off Thread

the reverse engineered pattern is far from a pattern of a professional Kermit puppet. You will just get the same result as you would ripping the stuffing out of a Kermit doll. I have never seen a Kermit puppet "replica" on ebay that I would mistake for the real thing ever. No one is making...
