There is a buy/sell/trade section specifically for this kind of thing. There is no need to lie. There is also no need to post 5 theads about the same thing. But you apologized which is good.
Clearly this is Farmer's auction. Why else would he make 5 threads about it in 3 different sections, not to mention he just happens to be from pensacola, fl which is where the ebay seller is selling from. The ebay selling also just happens to use the name farmdog420 and the poster is farmer...
Wel I assume you would just not put him back together again with the wires. I'm sure that one could turn the poser into a puppet, but if you are good enough to do that you are good enough to make a puppet just by looking at the replica and deconstructing it with your mind.
Butm Rizzo and Pepe wear clothing. So I think that would counter the savings in size reduction. Robin however could be real cheap, maybe even less than 100.
I just don't see Pepe selling at over 200 dollars. He is smaller than Kermit though so he might not be that much, but who really knows how sizes plays into the price of puppet replicas.
Would you care to expand on that?
I think RobintheBrave has a very valid pint. When was the last time a new character was given this much exposure BEFORE they got on the show? The real stars just become stars. The classic characters of Sesame Street just became classic because they were...
Original patterns from Disney or however had the originals from back then. As for how much alteration was done, I don't think we know. Only MR does. However, even with the original patterns, it also takes talented craftsmen to make them work.
It's not on DVD since it is a broadway show. Plays don't get put on DVD. It owuld only be on DVD if they decided to make am ovie adaptation from it, which wouldn't be such a bad idea.
I agree with MUPPETMONKEY. When I watched Journey to Ernie for the first time before i even knew Matt exosted, I had no clue it was a different person. I thought that either Caroll had a cold or his voice just changed over the years since it had been a long time since I saw Big Bird on TV...
Well I would expect that these will be focused on JUSt the main classic characters. Kermit, Animal, Piggy, Gonzo, Fozzie, all those are names anyone will know. I don't know if there are enough people who are interested in a Pepe replica that could run 200 dollars or more.
It's my experience that one can know evetrything about movie without ever seeing it. In this trailer all you know is that the muppet gang ventures into manhattan, and frankly i think that's all you need to know about them ovie. Anymore is detail that should be seen in the theater.
Don't be a kill joy.
That trailer was actually good. It didn't give anything about them ovie away like trailers of today where you see the whole movie. It actually made me want to see it as opposed to thinking i already had.
