Lefty (gestures with head) Hey kid, kid! C'mere!
Tony: What do you want?
(Lefty takes Tony aside and speaks quietly to him)
Lefty: Ya gotta help me wit dat goil.
Tony: Who? Claudia?
Lefty: SHHHHHHHHH! Riiiiight, riiiiiight. Ya gotta tell her I like her!
Tony: Why don't you...
I can't wait to see it, Alex! A Van Neuter of Paris Original, eh?
Oh, don't worry about the ceiling. I'm used to having things...er...drop on my head...
(another chunk of ceiling hits Tony on the head)
See? I'm quite used to it.
(sings)
I'm singin' in the rain,
Just singin' in the...
Tony looks up, as pieces of ceiling rain down on his face. He does a slow burn...
Tony (spits a piece of ceiling out of his mouth) P-tooey! (regains composure) Oh, hey Alex! How are ya? Sorry about the noise. Had a little Kermit moment there, heh heh. Um...so, do you have your dress...
Tony does his patented Charlton Heston in "Planet of the Apes" impression...
This room is a MADHOUSE! A MADHOUSE!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHH!
(falls to his knees)
Out! Everybody out! I need to work, and I need QUIET!
Tony: Ow! Beaker! Knock it off! Bunsen! Oof! He keeps...ow...hitting me!
Lefty: Hey Claudia, check dis out! Maestro!
(Music begins, as Lefty swings/sways)
Lefty:
How would you like to buy an O,
Circular and sweet,
A nearly poifect coicle,
La la la la laaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
And it'll...
Lefty comes in, despondent.
Lefty: I can't believe dat guy stood me up! I got him dose boids he wanted, and he didn't even show! Dat crum-bum!
(Lefty sees Claudia feeding Mr. Turtle)
Lefty: Hey! What are ya doin' ta Mr. Toitle? Who said ya could--
(Claudia turns. Lefty is...
Hey, what did Beaker just call me? I don't understand meep, but from the tone of his voice, it didn't sound very pleasant...
Anyway, you can feed Mr. Turtle if you'd like, Claudia. His food is over by the tank.
(mutters, after Beaker)
Why that little carrot-topped...
Roy Scheider was probably the only good thing about Jaws II. Aside from the classic tagline: "Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water.";)
Knock on door. Tony opens it.
Oh hey, Claudia. I bet you're here to see Mr. Turtle, right? Kathy and Prairie seem to like him. Lefty's not here, he's out on...er..."business," but you can come in and take a look at him, if you'd like.
Roy also appeared in an episode of Family Guy..."Bill and Peter's Bogus Journey." The Bill in the title is Clinton, whom Peter befriends.
Scheider plays himself as the host of a toilet-training video, that Stewie and Brian watch.
One of my favorite actors.:( :sympathy:
While Roy will probably be most remembered for Jaws, he did excellent work in films such as Klute, The French Connection, The Seven-Ups (a gritty police drama), Marathon Man, All That Jazz (in which he played a Bob Fosse-like character), 2010: The...
Lefty enters the room, carrying a 10-gallon aquarium. Inside is his pet turtle.
Tony: Hey, Lefty, whatcha got there?
Lefty: My toitle.
Tony: Ah, yes.
Newsman: Is that...thing going to be living with us?
Lefty: Riiiiiiight, riiiiiiiight. Don't worry. He won't distoib ya. He'll...
Lefty: So how'd it go?
Tony: She said yes!
Lefty: I told ya!
(Tony embraces Lefty)
Lefty (pushing him away) Hey, hey hey! Lay off! Ya gonna wrinkle da coat! Besides...save dat stuff fer yer goil!
Oops...it comes out April 1.
I haven't seen any extras listed yet, but I'm sure there is bound to be some worthwhile extras. And I'll bet Ross Jr. will be included...when the film premiered, I saw him on a CNN interview show, and he and Janice seemed pleased with the final result.
Tony stands, out of breath, gasping for air.
Lefty: Bring out your dead! Bring out your dead!
Tony: Quiet, you loony! He's not dead. Look! He's faking! He's getting better! He feels happy! He just wants attention. Jeepers.
