I KNOW, THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT I THINK!! The only reason I have MFS on DVD (and am planning to get MTM too) is because of the genorous prices they have.
Let me do the math, $5.00 for Muppets From Space, 88 minutes long + live video commentary + outtakes + music video = a really really good deal...
Does anyone know what the jim henson retrospective was? Anyway, I wouldn't care for re-released copies of season 1 or any of the other seasons, because I want to get the money to buy the first three seasons first and trash my bootled low-quality scratched copy of the full series. Also, I think...
Lots of movies stay in theaters for a long time. The first despicable me came out in july 2010, but was still playing in like 200 theaters at the end of november.
ya they did the impossible, why not Sal, then again maybe Disney barely knows Sal or Johnny, I mean VMX and MFS have different owners, and MWoO is almost a decade old, and MT is also really old and something Disney hardly mentions it exists
Look, here's my two cents about the scooter recasts.
Adam Hunt - It's way too hard to tell if he's close to Richard's since he has one brief line, but he might have worked for a longtime performer.
Brian Henson - He tried to do his best, but really he didn't match very well, he tried to make...
Well, it was teased by Jim way back in '87 when he told the press about MFC he said he was planning on making this new muppet movie, which they wanted out in '89. Then the disney deal problems began, and oh my gosh it ruined the film. By the time Jim passed they had gotten nowhere with it...
you know even if they won't recast him i'd like to see him and Sal in the background, come on writers it's not that hard to recast a lesser-known character, even if the voice isn't exact someone could loosely mimic Sal
The only legitimate muppisode was "Food Fight" the one with Gordon Ramsey. That one (the extended edition) is this one in particular.
Personally, I think it was hilarious, and a great little muppet short, hope to see it as a DVD or Blu-Ray extra someday.
Then around Christmas we got the...
Because of my 4th grade teacher who showed me MCC. I didn't exactly watch the film, but at the end she talked about Jim Henson and how he died before this film was made, and that got me interested in Jim so I put him on the wikipedia search, and BOOM muppet fan created.
The current total for MMW is $50,825,812, so $51 mil. seems like what MMW will get by the end of its run, better than my originally envisioned $45 mil.
Well this is a muppet fan site, so well ya...
Even though Disney and Seuss were both awesome men and revolutionized my childhood, but Jim did it more, and that's why I'm on this fan site basically.
You know what's ironic, just this afternoon my teacher was on Netflix, and told us to choose any one film that we'd watch. I would've shouted muppets, but I remembered all that was on Netflix was the LGATMHS, bleh. I mean come on. Anyways, nice to know that there's some decent muppet...
