So much for more actors returning when they have more of HBO's money to work with. I wouldn't doubt that said "new executive producer" Emilio was talking about was the reason Joey left, too. Something about him rubs me the wrong way. I understand changes needed to be made to keep a 47 year...
So apparently, there are convention exclusive TTG Funko Pops where they're dressed up as Justice League Members.
But frankly, what I want to see is someone make a Lady Legasus toy/figure/vinyl thingy. Say what you will about the show, but lady Legasus is the best thing the show's ever done.
Well, there's finally been an episode I've been waiting a long time to see.
No, it's not about Steven discovering a new power, it's not about a new Crystal Gem.
It's about the strained relationship between Sour Cream and Yellow Tail. Something a long time coming. And the return of his birth...
..or was he referred to as a Quangaroo?
Great. Now I'm doubting myself about it.
On another note, you may know of my frustration to find various Ghostbusters related junk foods (I did find the Key Slime Twinkees and got another Ecto-Cooler, still looking for the Marshmallow Twinkees, though)...
That's something that's absolutely hilarious in a cartoon if Daffy Duck said it, but in between horrific and tragic from a politician. Even African war lords and the Kim Il family that runs North Korea aren't that cartoonish a parody of dictators. I can't say "Poe's Law" enough, but this is...
Eh... well, the Emoji Movie is reportedly going to suck a little less now that T.J. Miller's confirmed.
It's T. J. freaking Miller who was awesome in Deadpool, kickbutt in Big Hero Six, and not the worst human cast member of Transformers 4 (though they gave him a crappy role).
Quangaroo....
Cereal mascot Kangaroo for short lived Quangaroos orange flavored cereal. Only orange and spotted. He was introduced to save Quake because there was a huge campaign of Quisp cereal vs Quake cereal, and kids overwhelmingly went for Quisp.
That's the one guy who wasn't on there...
I unfortunately caught the Leslie Stahl interview with Trump and his running mate.
ahem...
IT WAS A FREAKING CARTOON!!!!
It was a freaking cartoon!
SNL couldn't have done a better job parodying it, it was its own self parody. And Pensce...seriously. It was like he was about to say...
As someone who was annoyed this show got canned, but reasonably understood why, I'd love this to happen.
However, I really think that they should not so much start over, but try to redo the series from the angle of us directly seeing Late Night With Miss Piggy, and keeping the behind the scenes...
Now, this was a pleasant surprise.
I found a new, limited edition Cap'n Crunch flavor that some supermarket just dumped unceremoniously next to the cereal aisle, still in their shipping boxes with a $1.99 label on them, obviously trying to get rid of them. Cap'n's Orange Creampop Crunch...
Personally, I hate this thing that Nickelodeon does, putting the credits during the final minute and a half of the show like an NBC sitcom, superimposing them on screen. Not only does this make the credits hard to read, but it also ruins the dramatic tension in an action cartoon like TMNT.
Whatever anyone can say about this Ghostbusters movie, let's go back to before it was released and just the mere announcement of the female cast movie was gaining traction. I'm ignoring the fact the movie was really good, and for all the crap that the cast, crew, and original Ghostbusters...
Honestly, I cannot place Nine Lives at all. It really feels that on some level, somehow it wasn't meant to be taken seriously. Like the whole thing is really tongue in cheek, yet the previews seem to have me bouncing around "this was made as a joke" and "we're totally serious about this kind...
While I am a fan of international animation, I have to say...
What the crap is up with all these pug fugly flash animated kid's shows from Europe? Ones you'd only tend to find on qubo. UGH! Ever see how Gofrett looks? It makes your eyes barf.
The movie came frustratingly close to opening first place, but was slightly behind Secret Life of Pets. Kinda disappointing it only opened at 46 mil, though frankly, considering all the other live action movies this summer that aren't Civil War, it's hardly the worst opening of the bunch.
What I'm sick of is that we have the means to fix pretty much all our problems, but we can't because some rich anus somewhere will lose a tiny amount of money in the short run...well, that's glib, but that's essentially the whole of the problem.
What's going on isn't a simple this or that...
Yeah, but I can see why they didn't advertise it. I see why it took them that long to actually use it. It was really...not good. And not really musical.
As someone whose opinion of the film went from "if its existence brought back the holy grail of 80's/90's nostalgic kid's beverages, it can't be all bad" to "maybe if I'm bored enough it'll be a few laughs" to cautiously optimistic...
I freaking loved it. Yeah, obviously, I do not find it as...
Doc Robot didn't do too much in Captain N. Then again that was one of the 11 minute episodes. It was also incredibly accurate to MM3's storyline (right down to Mega Man using the Shadow Blade to defeat the turtle tank boss in Wily's castle) and sadly the only good episode of the third season...
