Awwwwww! *snif snif* That's the most beautiful, moving, and entertaining fanfic I've read in a long time. Big Bird's singing, Telly's worrying over semantics, Grover's fractured wedding vows, the caterers' remembering the extra cake--Brilliant, absolutely brilliant! ***HUGS** to all who want...
BitTorrent files are basically lists of files that the creator allows other users to download; they wouldn't contain my episode collection the way a .zip archive does. You'll need to go into the program, select the BitTorrent file, and then select the episode(s) you want from the list in there...
The Count's got a point: a nice even 20 chapters feels more like Sesame Street, especially when we've been celebrating the whole show's history as if this were an anniversary special on TV.
As weird as this sounds, the "10-1" version of the Russian doll counting film used to make me sad; I guess all those goodbyes and the little one's "I don't wanna!" did it.
As Olivia sang on Sesame Street several years ago...
Here's another thing that arms can do:
If I take one arm and the other one, too,
I can put my arms around all of you...
(GREAT... BIG... HUG!)
And that's another thing that arms can do.
Bravissimo, prawncracker, for writing such an...
I've seen Alphabet Chats with the studio-preparation opening when the sketches aired on PBS, so Noggin might have been responsible for editing that part out.
Awwww...*snif snif* I loved it...Miles' Freudian slip about his girlfriend, the grouches' complaints, Telly's worry attack, Grover's musical number. Keep up the great job!
Almost any Grover moment involving a hug qualifies as a favorite in my book. Of those, I'd have to say that the "LOVE" sketch (with Grover asking a child to identify and define that word) is the best. "Hugs, that's part of love..." :flirt:
Oh my goodness...*sobs* Poor Grover and Big Bird. I hope the rest of the gang is OK...and hope you can find a good song title for your next chapter, too. (I can think of song sketches about 18-20, but the only one for 17 that comes to mind is that series of rap cartoons that came out in the...
I've just forwarded your clip-burning request to my friend in the media-editing business; could you please let us know what you'd like him to burn, though (and give links to the files when you can)? Thanks so much!
I had you confused with a Danish user who posts here often...my fault! But as far as the in-jokes for adults go, I agree that kids learned a thing or two from the jokes as well.
Heralde: if I remember correctly, one of the countries that made "Elmo's World" a spinoff is your homeland (Denmark); I've seen Danish versions of the show on YouTube. (Please accept my apology if I got your nationality wrong, though!)
P.S. I too have nothing against Elmo as a character...
Hello, MuppetDude!
If you knew of a way to convert some of those tapes to a format I can watch on this PC, I'd love to work out some kind of deal in exchange for the older ones. In particular, these sound as if they're worth having:
I don't have any tapes or DVD's to trade, but I'd be...
Awwww, prawncracker...I loved this chapter, especially when Bert was asking Ashley all those questions. (Including Bert's favorite number would've been tricky, I admit..."Is your article on page 6 of the paper?" maybe.) Looking forward to an update, 'cause I got the Chapter 16 blues... ;-)
"Elmo's World" already has become a spinoff in at least two countries; why won't Sesame Workshop give it the same treatment in the US? My guess is that they're afraid of losing money, viewers, or both.
Do you mean #131 or another episode that I listed? Please let me know, so I can update my clip archives (I skipped the Oscar bits in #131, but included the B/E sketches).
