    Seriously Disney, What The Heck?

I don't think you're incorrect. Incentive has been used too. Yet the system remains flawed. It always needs to be shacken up at different points in history. We'll see what happens. ;) And I still say, we can't enjoy these movies and entertainment, but then say their messages are too...

SST to Receive Lifetime Achievement Award at 2009 Daytime Emmies

Exactly! I remember at the William Patterson event when a little girl said Oscar was her favorite and asked why so many characters aren't on the show anymore. These fans need to be listened to more. ;)

SST to Receive Lifetime Achievement Award at 2009 Daytime Emmies

Well when shows try to survive, they often have to sacrifice some of what made them good in the first place, which is a shame.

SST to Receive Lifetime Achievement Award at 2009 Daytime Emmies

Yeah I mean that's what happens to every show, even great ones. That doesn't mean their contributions shouldn't be acknowledged. :)

Miss Piggy, Kermit, Cheryl Henson and Frank Oz on Larry King Live

Cool! I didn't realize they'd all been on Larry King. :)

    Kids Recognizing Muppets

That's great! Still, I don't think we should underestimate the ability for the original Muppet films to stand the test of time. Parents do still show them to their kids. The fact that the Muppet Show is on DVD now probably didn't hurt either. ;) But yes, it's great that the kids in the store...

What would you like to see in the movie?

Well the thing is that's what he loved doing. And that's part of what made the world of all the creatures work. The monarchy and the idea of power and superiority was getting in the way of all of that. If they did continue with that storyline, it would probably focus more on his interactions...

What would you like to see in the movie?

I just don't think those movies have been bad because they're nostalgic. Just because they weren't well written. I feel ultimately that's why a great deal of movies don't do well. Even overblown annoying action flicks had well structured stories. ;)

SST to Receive Lifetime Achievement Award at 2009 Daytime Emmies

I don't want this to sound wrong, heh, but it's sort of the same way a lot of people like reality shows for no logical reason. ;) I do think Sesame Street should get this recognition definitely (not to mention go back to its roots ;) ).

    Seriously Disney, What The Heck?

Maybe I'm idealistic, heh, but we can't complain about the current state of things but then say we just have to let the system keep working. Major upheavals have occured in history, but only through sacrifice. I don't mean sacrifice of ideals, but some kind of going without. Again...

    Seriously Disney, What The Heck?

If it meant more Americans would have jobs and if it meant there was less of a chance for lethal manufacturing errors and if it meant Chinese children weren't subjected to near slave labor, then yes I would. ;) I mean it's like they Hybrid car; it's assumed that people won't want to buy it...

Kermit turns 50 on CBS News

I didn't find the line particularly edgy myself, but to each his/her own. ;)

    Seriously Disney, What The Heck?

Honestly I think we ended up in this mess of killer toys and recalled foods because we went for the cheaper overseas solution . Once again we were reminded there's no such thing as a free lunch (especially from WalMart!).

    Seriously Disney, What The Heck?

I do think some of our poverty stricken areas would be improved if so many jobs weren't overseas. Plus it's more likely the toys we make wouldn't kill us! ;)

    The RHLC!

Yeah I think there's like 50 comments on imdb.com asking to explain the ending! And I still don't get it! lol I just always remember his interview in the old documentary History of Rock n Roll where he says one time someone threw a chicken on stage. He's from Detroit, never been on a farm in...

    The RHLC!

Yeah it's a funny movie, though very dirty, lol. Richard's scene at the end is a little confusing if you don't understand the stock market (like most of us don't!) but he manages to save it with great facial expressions, hehe. Definitely and even his stage persona is awesome; somehow it's...

The Jim Henson Hour's 20th anniversary

I remember when the Jim Henson Hour was airing, I didn't understand that it was a TV series. I just thought there was an unusual amount of Muppet specials that year! Lol Very fond in my memory is the Aquatic Life episode with Ted Dansen and Clifford. I remember the end of the evolution sketch...
