I still think that this is a very long delay. There's really no excuse for the lack of communication, but the first batch collar I have is worth the money and the time it took to ship. :halo:
Disney has already expressed that they don't want authentic puppet versions of the Muppet characters on the commercial market. That's not likely to change. :attitude:
I always felt that "Cars" sent the message that winning at any cost isn't really winning at all to the Nascar conservatives that followed the Karl Rove brand of dirty politics, but that's just me.:halo:
However, I didn't have the emotional connection that Pixar films usually give me.
oh...
Maybe Zippity wasn't part of the house band. I always felt he kind of was since his look and voice fit into the whole zydeco music style the house band played.
That part with Rowlf was the high point of MT for me.
I liked Muppets Tonight and do miss it a little bit, but it did have its issues. One in particular was the heavily featured new cast additions taking over classic character roles instead of being phased in.
Clifford: Host (Kermit's former role)
Rizzo: Production assistant (Scooter's former...
Even though Bein' Green was performed on The Muppet Show it originated on Sesame Street so I kind of see program preference as a factor into the song preference. I prefer the Muppet Movie to Sesame Street so Rainbow Connection gets my vote. :)
I'm confused. Since when do girls in the Sesame Street age target audience dress themselves?
I'm sure there are bad parents who would dress their children inappropriately just like there are bad parents intent on spoiling anything fun on Sesame Street. :p
Sequels aren't dirty. They are just hit-or-miss and usually, not always, done hastily. Pixar used to be known for their continually fresh ideas that weren't dependent on sequels. Now, that seems to be all they're doing and it's a shame. I understood the first Toy Story sequel and the new one is...
I just threw the "new" in there to differentiate that title from the classic Muppet Movie, but not as a serious title. My point of concern is with the plural branding of Muppets instead of just plain Muppet. I mean sure, it works in something like The Muppets Take Manhattan, but wouldn't with...
I think I know why. She's a mixed bag and I just can't help but enjoy her and her husband too. What a fantastic couple and both seem well suited for Muppet work. Well, maybe more the Muppet Show characters than Sesame Street.
Also, Katy Perry is the voice of Smurfette in next year's feature...
Times are tough for everybody - especially in collectibles. Even mainstream companies are cutting out anything slightly niche. I just kind of felt that EFX kind of capitalized from the MR notoriety without adding much cohesion of their own. I think this can come out. Something might have to give...
Yup. Madagascar was intended to resemble the old Golden Books. It was a little hit-or-miss.
I liked parts of Hedge, Open Season and even the original Ice Age, but it's the storytelling (along with the most innovative technology) that makes Pixar superior...in most cases. I don't write the...
Yeah, it is. It's not appropriate for Sesame Street, but it does show that Katy's taking all of this in stride. I love it even though I'm no fan of the boobage. Man, it just shows that she did cover up a lot more than people thought!
Aw, your nice, but I'm boycotting Target for political grounds that I won't go into here. I can't support them until they change their policies. Even if that means giving up some Muppety goodness. :(
Cool shirt! Too bad no more Target shopping for me. Used to love that they carried more Muppety items, but wish they's share more of the Muppety spirit. ;)
