Ha ha- that was great piece on Floyd for President. Wow- I can't believe they made that first joke in his political platform! But I guess The Muppets have always had a bit of a subtle subversive humor sometimes.
And I think somewhere deep down Sam has an affinity for all the "weirdos" of...
You're an obsessed Muppets fan if you're already working the Sam the American Eagle for President of the United States of America 2012 campaign.:attitude:
Who knows? Maybe Freddie dyed his hair later on. Honestly, I didn't find it that big of a deal- it would've been nice for him to have blond hair- but I felt the actors and actresses all fit well for their roles.
Hey- just so you know, you may be interested to learn that Warner Bros. is at least including some shorts as bonuses on this DVD that have never been released before.

So at least that's something...
I rented this one myself and yes- it was actually a VAST improvement over the first two theatrical movies. I really enjoyed it pretty well. Honestly, I hated what was done to the cartoon in the first movie [particularly with Scrappy Doo- that was just wrong.] The second movie was a bit more...
Ha ha- working in libraries myself, I can assure you we only have books about cookies! (Besides, the only cookies in the library would be consumed by me in any case.;) But I'm always happy to share with my pal Cookie Monster.:insatiable:)
If when you go on vacation to New York City, you're...

Actually, it would definitely work best in the Outer Space postcard segments- as well as scenes with Doc and Sprocket- and that's pretty much how the Christmas episode was done, if I'm not mistaken. No reason they couldn't have done an Easter episode the same way.
There's still a number of Ms. Pac-Man and Galaga arcade games at bowling alleys and roller skating rinks (those the latter of those are hard to find too!). Those are probably my top 2 1980s games to play at the arcades right there anyway.
(Though it'd be great to find the Teenage Mutant Ninja...
Captain America: The First Avenger
and The Avengers- 2011;)
and whenever Thor and Iron Man 2 come out, I'll be there.
For anything sooner... I've contemplated seeing the Sherlock Holmes movie at the end of the year and I'm really interested in "A Christmas Carol".:)
The Muppets Christmas: Letters to Santa
of course! What else would I be getting now?
Now to save up for the 40th. anniversary Sesame Street DVD set and the final season of Fraggle Rock!:)
It's a great song. I've heard this covered by Russ Lee of Newsong, if I'm not mistaken. It reminds me of "Cat's in the Cradle" by Harry Chapin and/or "Time in a Bottle" by Jim Croce.
All 3 of these songs seem to be talking about taking the time to spend real quality time with your family and...
Well, Filmation's done a lot of cool shows- many of which are on DVD now, like He-Man, She-Ra and one of my favorites (and their last)- Bravestarr.
Of course they also did the classic Archie cartoons from the '60s and '70s and live action shows like Isis and Shazam!
:) But it's all good...
I agree with you for the most part here. Though I feel like Fraggle Rock did incorporate some basic general messages about life and morals, values and virtues, etc. that most religions would be in agreement with. Some of Cantus' sayings and songs seemed to have a bit of a religious feel somewhat...
