The pinhead soesnt have a mouth openning on the foam skull. It is just the top of the head and the bottom jaw is seperate. You could try making two pinhead heads and gluing them together to form an egg shape. This will give you a good oval base to work from.. Or maybe the roly glued to the...

Not yet. Hes kinda taken a back seat while i finish off some custom work for a few clients. Its still on my list of things to do and will definatly post updates as and when they happen :-)

By doing research, adapting patterns, learning to carve foam, learning to sew, learning about what materials to use and more research :-)
