    I'm back.

Heeeeeeeey, I remember you! You're that one guy who always did that one thing back when those sorts of things were unpopular. Okay, just kidding. I'm glad you're back, homerthegreat.

    The 80's

My favorite thing about the 80's: Me :halo: But also Nintendo, Showbiz Pizza (Billy Bob could whoop Chuck E. Cheese any day), Muppet Babies, oh the list goes on and on.

Frank Oz's Visit, Health, Parents, Etc.

As you may or may not know, I live in Kansas City. Last night, I came home to a darkened apartment with a wife in bed asleep. I was completely awake so I thought I would stay up and catch up on my crossword puzzles from my local paper. I opened up Thursday's edition and to my surprise, I saw...

    Fave user?

I've never bothered reading this thread until just last night. I was very surprised and humbled to see my own name on a few of the early lists. Thanks to those who thought of me. :flirt: Unfortunately, school, work and a malfunctioning computer keep me from posting as much as I would...

7/8/05: Statler and Waldorf reviews at Movies.com

It is so terrific to see Rowlf back in action! I hope he shows up in future episodes, perhaps he could be their permanent "On the Set" guy. It would be a great chance for Bill to perfect Rowlf so he could have an actual role (besides cameo) in a future movie.

Behind the Scenes of "The Muppet Movie"

You mentioned that you recently talked with Steve Whitmire at the Tonight Show. What were you guys doing there? By the way, this is awesome stuff! Thanks a bunch for sharing!

    What's your favorite baseball team?

I'm not really much of a football fan. But I can say that local pre-season hype isn't what it has been in years past for the Chiefs. Maybe it will give them the break they need to focus on their weaknesses and get the job done. It's a real treat to be a Kansas Citian when the Chiefs are in...

    Explosions in London...

I heard about London yesterday morning and am irate over the whole thing. My thoughts and prayers are with the victims, their families and anyone else involved in this tragedy. Every bit of loathing and hate I can possess is for those responsible for the attacks. I feel the attacks were...

    Planet's Funniest Animals

Matt Gallant deserves to get the boot. In fact, he deserved to get the boot long ago. The guy is totally unfunny, unoriginal and completely obnoxious. He was really holding that show back, to be honest, and I am very glad they are getting someone else.

    What's your favorite baseball team?

That's cool, Ziffel! The Pine Tar Incident has worked itself into Kansas City lore since then and has gone down as perhaps the most memorable incident incited by an individual athlete in Kansas City history. I think a recent local sports channel poll proved it to be the most memorable...

    Were the moon landings faked?

Ahh, the moon. I can't wait to get my astronaut's license so I can sink my teeth into a chunk of that block of cheese! Science, pseudo-science and conspiracy theories aside, I suggest (if you are interested in this sort of thing) that you check out a book by Jim Marrs titled Alien Agenda...

SNL: Robert DeNiro/Destiny's Child w/ Muppets

NASCAR!? I missed the Muppets because NBC just had to air stupid NASCAR? What is wrong with these people? I was greatly disappointed. My abhoration for NASCAR aside, there's no way a scheduled event should have gone so grossly over its alloted time. Sometimes, baseball goes into extra...

    What's your favorite baseball team?

Try losing the only player worth a darn to the DL for 35-40 games every year. The Royals Mike Sweeney finds about any way he can to get hurt and leave our team with a bunch of fledgling dinkers who historically go on a surge during the first few days of his absence then suffer a collective epic...

your dream mario bros. action figue line

I used to love playing Super Mario Bros. on Nintendo. If they were to make a Bowser action figure, I would buy one and keep it at my workspace forever (because my last name is Bowser and sharing a namesake with a supervillain is cool to me for some reason). Beyond that, I wouldn't really care...

Muppets enterting the world of high-fashion

To humor me, my wife just bought some Muppets undergarments at Wal-Mart. It's ladies underwear with prints of Kermit, Piggy, Gonzo, Animal and Fozzie. The print has kind of a retro look and that's the most I'm willing to say.

    New movies coming out...

I really want to see that one. This weekend I took my wife to see Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Though Brad Pitt is my favorite actor, I'd have to say it was a crummy movie. There were many funny moments throughout the film and I laughed at just about all of them, but what the movie really needed was...

    Prayers for my best friend

That's rough. I hope she makes through this okay and you and your bud will definitely be in my thoughts, Vic. It's a terrible thing, but hopefully bikers can learn from Graciela's mistake and follow the proper traffic laws to avoid future accidents.

    So I finally did it...

I, too, am a member and enjoy the company of Modern Gonzo and his brown and gray chicken friends in my collection. The choice for me was a no-brainer (the Gonzo package and becoming a member). I just recently ordered my Frog Scout Leader Kermit, Treasure Island Gonzo/Rizzo and Super Grover...
