Just so long as you honk real loud into a handkerchief and then hand it to a friend.

    The Trix Rabbit

I'm sure ChesterMcDragon has learned his lesson. At eleven years old, he has plenty of time to refine his sense of humor. I think he's got the point, now hopefully we can get this thread erased and move on with our lives.

    A message to certain members

 *sniff* I feel so much love in the room, it's made me cry. This is the most heartfelt I've seen a group of forum members in a while. Apologies and "no hard feelings" all around. Here's to a great group of people who are just trying to have a little fun here at Muppet Central. I...

    You cast the Muppets...

I know you're kidding...but I would like to know who you had in mind for that role.

    Favorite Palisades figures

Nothing directly. I just think that Sal is a superior character to Clifford and am disappointed that they chose Clifford as their second Muppets Tonight character and not someone more deserving.

    Any Three Stooges Fans?

Shemp has his moments, but Curly-Joe was atrocious. Even the Three Stooges cartoons suffer his lack of personality.

    Regarding Pepe

I don't agree with this at all. Though I like Pepe better than other newer characters, he is too crass to be compared with the likes of Fozzie, Animal, Rowlf and Dr. Teeth. I didn't mention Scooter because he's not funny. I like Pepe in small amounts. Talking into a fan for that...

    If Kermit stops hosting...

Clifford really disappointed me as an emcee, and not just because he isn't Kermit. "Mmm, she sure is...wholesome." Clifford has the look but lacks the personality. Pepe is also a horrid choice. I just think it would be nice to have a host who's not going to totally perv on female guest...

Steve Jobs vs. Jim Henson - Greatest American

It's interesting that Jim didn't even make the list. Maybe the photo is hinting that technology has made puppets obsolete, or perhaps there's a top secret animated Sesame Street movie coming out from PIXAR. I recognize Steve Jobs' accomplishments in computers and animation, but if he's one...

    Any Three Stooges Fans?

I can't believe more people haven't responded here. The Three Stooges are classic slapstick entertainment. In a lot of ways, Moe, Curly and Larry remind me of Kermit, Fozzie and Gonzo the way they were in TMM and GMC (only the Muppets aren't as cruel to one another).

Your Thoughts: The Muppets' Wizard of Oz

You're not off your rocker. The poll is 60 (those who like the movie) to 34 (those who don't). There is strength in numbers. ;)

    I wonder how Frank feels...

That's what I was thinking. After that network show she was in bombed, she really fell off the grid. No point in having a washed up nobody in your movie when it's ratings you're after. :o As for the Frank Oz line, it was a terrific way to pay tribute to the most well-known living...
