I was thinking of "Veterinarian's Hospital" when I drew that. These were quick doodles, so I just threw in a saw as a prop. Possibly he's doing surgery on a wooden soldier. Sawing a leg off. Wartime surgery is like that. (BTW, the Skeeter head with the weird expression was a stab at Skeeter imitating Janice. Didn't work so well.)
