I’m not saying I’m afraid of the virus. I mean sure, I’m scared of getting it, but I’m not afraid to go outside with a mask on.

What I was saying is, the virus has messed up my mental health a bit in the fact that it’s raised my depression with not being able to see friends, certain places I loved going to now are off limits or require appointments, and I just miss being able to give or receive hugs. 😕 this isolation didn’t exactly help with the fact that I was also dealing with the stress of having to sell my old house and transition into my new apartment.
I totally get how isolation is taking its toll on people. Man is a social creature and not being able interact with others is rough.
I miss hugs too. At least I have my wife, but I feel bad for people who have nobody.
It’s like if the virus doesn’t get you, loneliness will.

I mean that's what a commission is.
No, if an artist specifically commissions something for a fee, that’s one thing. Or fan art on deviantart, where others can view it, no problems there.
But if someone makes an unauthorized picture, prints up a thousand copies and tries to sell them, that’s when the lawyers come in.

Exactly all of this. And it also doesn’t exactly help that we live in a time right now where the mentality is “practice social distancing and don’t travel or visit friends and family at all. But make sure you continue working with strangers whether you like your colleagues or not so we can keep businesses running, even if that still puts you at risk of getting the virus.” Cause, you know, Amurica. 🤷🏿‍♂️

Well, as far as keeping businesses open, many have taken measures to stay open. Restaurants especially, operating at 25% capacity, and having to lay people off just to keep their doors open.
Back in March, Disney tried as long as they could to keep people on the payroll and cover their health insurance.
States are going bankrupt paying out unemployment claims. There is another multi-trillion dollar relief bill that’s supposed to come out, but Nancy Pelosi keeps holding it up. And she’s getting blowback from both sides.

My biggest problem is with the politicians that want to enact these policies, but don’t follow them themselves.. Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot and Pelisi (again!) shut their cities down but still feel entitled to get their hair done.
The day after Election Day, Mayor DeBozo and Chuckie Schumer were parading around New York unmasked.
How do they expect others to observe policies they won’t observe themselves?

Staying maskedor staying home, that’s for peasants like you and me. Not them.

Am I the only one who’s become less of a fan of totino’s pizza rolls as I’ve gotten older?

Here’s the thing with those things. If you put them in the microwave, they’re chewy as ****. If you put them in the oven, they have a much better crisp taste but half the pizza sauce just leaks out so you’re pretty much left with just eating a pouch of crust with a small portion of pizza sauce inside. It’s a lose lose situation either way.

Am I the only one who despise art history courses in college? They have so much philosophical bullcrap on the course that it causes you to get migraines (figuratively speaking).

Am I the only one who prefers just eating blue box kraft Mac and cheese with just the cheese powder and nothing more?

Frankly it’s a cheap and broke way, sure, but still gives a nice cheese coating and mix and with butter and milk it just leaves a nasty mess for me. 😕

I was darned-near living on that stuff last year because the Trump recession had me so broke - the first time I had eaten it since I was a kid, but I have to say, for store-brand, boxed mac and cheese, it's still very tasty . . . but, yeah, I still add butter and milk . . . and honestly, I don't follow the box directions when it comes to butter and milk, as I usually like my mac and cheese, in general, to have a creamier texture and consistency.
