Hi this is the fist time iv posted on here, can anyone help me. I orded a kermit off ebay from a lady in the USA back in April, it was a prepay auction so the item is paid for. Still havent had kermit and she is not responding to emails or phone calls. What can i do and has this happend to anyone els

That's really rough. If you paid through Paypal you can at the very least get your money back but that still doesn't help you get your Kermit. I pre-ordered mine from a specialist in Canada back in May and I received it today. It may be that yours will turn up soon but the fact your e-mails are not being answered must be a bit of a worry.

I preordered mine off E-bay also. But the people I bought it from are being nice and responding. They told me just this week that it hasn't arrived from the supplier yet, so I'm still waiting. I guess there's still a waiting list?

I received mine yesterday so I guess UK companies should be getting them soon too. I can't imagine it will be much longer for anyone as long as you ordered them pretty early on. I hope you get your Kermits soon. They will definitely be worth the wait!

If he paid through Pay Pal back in April, he is pretty much SOL for getting his $$$ back now as there is only a 45 day time limit period after a payment has been sent in which to file a claim to get his $$$ back.

His only hope is for the seller to come through, if not, he pretty much screwed and there is nothing he can do. His time limit for leaving negative feedback to the seller for the auction is also more then over.

Hi everyone im such a happy person now, im getting my Kermit,the lady finaly got intouch and has sent me the tracking information so i should have him in my hands tomorrow.
