This song has been running through my head for the past day or so. I wish it would just get out.

I’ve been having some of the tunes from National Lampoon’s Vacation in my head.

Such as Little Boy Sweet, which has replaced I’m So Excited in modern broadcasts and releases. Tell me, did the song appear somewhere in the original release? I recently watched the movie and saw it listed in the song credits (which also still lists I’m So Excited, despite being replaced), and it looks like it was on the original soundtrack album. Too bad the song does not seem to be available on iTunes (I have searched for it a few times).


I also found the track called The Trip, which appears throughout the movie. Such great-sounding music.

Today I saw on TV that the westbound lanes of the Bay Bridge leading into San Francisco from Oakland had been shut down due to Pro-Palestinian protesters demanding a cease-fire in Gaza. This song started running through my head:
