Where did you even find that? I checked the episode guides that have the sketch, and none of the episodes have been recovered by you guys yet.

Yes! Harvey Kneeslapper also appeared in a season 3 street scene (episode 359), as well as a song called "Tell a Joke" (season 7). As a kid, I used to think Harvey was a riot...now, not so much. Apparently the writers and Harvey's own performer (Frank Oz) didn't dig the repetitive shtick or the boisterous laughter, so Harvey became a member of the "Dead Muppets' Society."

I love how even Frank Oz uses that term with his two failures like Professor Hastings and Harvey Kneeslapper
