Here's an episode from season 4 with Frank Oz's characters (Grover, Cookie Monster, and Harvey Kneeslapper)! I'm glad to see "Beat the Time," "Grover the Waiter," and "Roosevelt Franklin Elementary School" in this episode as well.

Yes! Harvey Kneeslapper also appeared in a season 3 street scene (episode 359), as well as a song called "Tell a Joke" (season 7). As a kid, I used to think Harvey was a riot...now, not so much. Apparently the writers and Harvey's own performer (Frank Oz) didn't dig the repetitive shtick or the boisterous laughter, so Harvey became a member of the "Dead Muppets' Society."
