Frank Zappa - "I'm the Slime"
I love Zappa's stuff! Questionable lyric content, but incredible music. I was just listening to "Punky's Whips" earlier…can't get enough of Terry Bozzio's wacky vocal or Zappa's guitar shredding at the end.

Not only an extremely talented musician, but a smart guy too. You should check out his interviews.

Anyway....just listened to Lady Gaga's cover of "I Wish" at the Stevie Wonder tribute concert. Loved it.

I've seen a few, and Frank Zappa was a true visionary. Not to mention he was an advocate for free speech, even going as far to testify before the U.S. Senate. And yes, he was a MEAN guitarist…the album trilogy "Shut Up and Play Yer Guitar" is mind-blowing. Staggering. Remarkable.

Right now I'm listening to the "Texas Motel Medley," which hilariously turns three classic Beatles songs upside down and inside out. Not recommended for younger members (16 & younger) on the forum for REALLY crude subject matter. But then again, it's Zappa…he parodied everything shamelessly.
