I've recently discovered Frank Zappa's music after playing an all-Zappa percussion ensemble tribute concert two days ago. People are split on him…they either love him or they hate him. While I don't find all of his music aurally or morally pleasing (Sam the Eagle would definitely not approve of the subject matter or explicit language...
), it has an ironic and bitingly satirical tone that I can't help but smile at. My favorites right now are "Wet T-Shirt Night," "Punky's Whips" and "Watermelon in Easter Hay." So check them out at your own risk...
