Do they serve crab legs differently at Chinese restaurants? Cause if they're steamed and made easy to crack open, I might order some from Rising Dim Sum. If not, then I'll stick with the octopus tentacle rice salad and eggrolls.
You'd have to call and ask, Ed. I have to dip them out of steaming hot water, and use crab crackers to get them open. And juice (water) runs everywhere. The claws and larger parts of the legs are awesome. But I even eat the little thin part of the legs too. I don't let anything go to waste when I'm eating something as expensive as crab legs.
I ate close to 2 lbs of crab legs eariler tonight! Yummy...
Figured as much. Can't crack crabs open correctly, and it's far too little for such frustration. That's why I'll just take the crab meat instead. Mmm, crabcakes or soft-shelled crab, I haven't had in ages.
*Shares some octopus tentacle rice. You know, I prefer tube-cut tentacle meat to the round disc cuts for pizza. The tube cut just reminds me more of the real thing. *Sips at tumbler of iced tea.
Oh, I know...and as we've said before, it's a really good thing they didn't try to do that song at Jim's memorial, or else they'd be all bawling before they finished the first verse.
