Hey, don't sweat it - I'd be surprised if you weren't inspired to pen something about Richard for the site. After all, there's that cool blog you've got.

There's just the problem of deciding exactly what to write about Richard - as card-carrying RHLC members, we could go on for ages about him.

Aw thanks  Yeah it will be a challenge to find something new to say (Don't want to just copy the Blog, I still want people to visit it, hehe  )

God I'm starting to hate that when I come here I seem to have nothing but bad news. But this time, I've got the good, the bad and the ugly news.

The Good

- We got an AKC registered pure-bred poodle puppy! He's 8 weeks old, jet black (except for a small white tuft of fur on his chest) and his name is Teddy Bear.

- I may be getting my disability after all! Yay!

The Bad

- Rob got fired from the airport last week.

The Ugly

- Nothing thank god.

--------------------------------------------------

But yeah, Robert got fired last week. We might not have to pay rent for awhile (thank goodness his mother owns our house/land, else we'd but up a creek without a paddle!), and we got approved for Food Stamps (otherwise known as EBT).

We're scraping by. Pray/think for us guys. That would be most appreciated.

I'm sorry that happened, things are rough all over right now, right? Good luck and most importantly, stay positive! You won't believe what a difference that can make. And I hope you enjoy the new puppy.

Wow - it really bites that all that happened right after your wedding. And heralde's right - plenty of couples are in the same boat as you guys these days. But as ever, hang in there, and we're rooting for you.

And Teddy Bear sounds like a sweet puppy - I'm sure you and Rob will make good owners for him.

Sara I hope that things will start turning up rosy for you and Robert. Best wishes also to Teddy Bear. Maybe we could get to see some pictures of him sometime.

Hi, Marty, how's it going?

It's been really quiet around here lately...I guess everyone's caught in the grip of the summer doldrums - hang on, did I just see someone sneaking around back there with a water pistol?

Well, Terry Angus said that the first few FR shows were taped in high summer, so maybe getting zapped with some water wasn't that unwelcome.

Hi Erin. It's going swell.

Water is always most welcome to drink as well as splash around in during summer. But at the moment I'm still experiencing winter.

Oh, that's right - you're in the southern hemisphere, while we in the northern hemisphere have summer.

However, here in New Jersey we've been having a really wet, rainy summer. For the first time in years, the July temps have been lower than the April temps.

I am so sick of the rain! I'm really ready for it to be Fall (hopefully that will bring about a change!). Hallmark stores are already beginning to stock Halloween decorations and Christmas ornaments! Eventually it will begin to annoy me, but for now, yay! : D

I haven't seen this clip before:

Classic, a charming, heart warming song by Bert and then three Anything Muppets (including Richard) mess it all up with Muppet madness, hehe. Especially love the cheeky little ending.

Too right - the gleeful crazy ones must have the last word in any Muppet sketch.

Have any of you guys seen this yet?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QYMz6sl8N7k&feature=related

Using "Saying Goodbye" as the soundtrack really tugs at the heartstrings...and as Fozzie sings "Want to smile...want to cry," the video freezes on a shot of Richard during the 60 Minutes interview.

Thankfully, Statler and Waldorf are given the last word at the end.
