...

:excited: A funeral dirge?
:smirk: You can dance to?
Red: I think we're homeward bound!
Gobo: All we have to do is...
Both: Pick up the tempo!

:sing:
But forget about your black.
Cause I'm planning to come back.
So play some honky tonk wailing grief and dixie wailin'.

Pick me up and lay me down.
And spread the news all over town.
And tell them all to come or they'll be sorry.
Pick me up and shake me twice.
I'm comin' back from paradise!
This poor boy was meant to live in glory.
Aka Dixie Wailin'. Well played, Ed. Oh, and heralde, have a good holiday. ^_^

I hope you have/are having a fun trip, heralde.

And Erin, very neat FR moment! It's always so cool when things like that pop up in our days.

The thing is, Mom's going to crack up every time she hears a reference to that song...but then again, that's what our pal Richie woulda wanted. I also mentioned Boober's line, "Argument, nothing, it's an attempted coup!" She liked that one too; she commented that the writers threw that in for the parents who were watching.

Speaking of peonies, I could have sworn that I had a dream about them last night...in between some crazy police drama plot involving legal papers printed on the wrong color of laser paper. I don't get it either.

Hellooo, everybodyyyyy! It is I, your lovable Heralde, back from vacation! :super:

Thanks for all the kind thoughts, the vacation was amazing! Very relaxing, and I hope I don't get uptight again too quickly, lol.

One nice highlight, I was taking a tour of this amazing garden, designed to look like a stain glass window from above. It was filled with these huge, bright flowers. Of course I asked what kind they were. And of course...I shouldn't have been surprised...peonies was their name!

Hey, glad to hear your vacation went well and that it was relaxing too. Ooh1 That garden does sound really nice and really great that the flowers were peonies!

Welcome back, heralde! Glad to hear you got a little much-needed R and R.

Garden sounds very interesting, because of the peonies, of course, but also because of the arrangement. Was it in a botanical garden somewhere?

It was one of those colonial mansions, I love that period in history. Very impressive indeed!

Oh yay, something posted Tale of the Bunny Picnic! Now you'll know why every bunny I see is immediately christened Lugsy, hehe.
