Well yes... But don't forget, the creepiness and deviltry of Slitherin sometimes sneaks in... When you leas suspect it... And there you are, confronting a fearsome Muppet... But then you have to sing about it and troubles soon melt away like lemondrops or ice pops on a sunny day.

Will probably get my Season 3 set sometime in November though, if not sooner.

Hehe, yeah I think Richard probably wouldn't mind belonging to Slitherin, at least by name, hehe. But he'd also have a Gryffindor side. lol

Hehe yup, singing your troubles away always helps.

If you want more specifics, I'll just write it down here, but warning these are SPOILERS

Bob Sandler, the writer of "Leaking Roof," discusses how he eventually came up with an ending and a way to get a frightened Pa off the roof. It was at this point that Richard came to him with two ideas, both of which ended up being used in the episode. The last one is where Junior suggests that Pa just go ahead and jump, "then when you hit the ground, jump up one more time and say 'Ta Da!" Lol

In the "Scared" segment, a crew member (I can't recall his name at the moment, but he worked in Special Effects) talks about a gag he played on Dave Goelz. The crew member rigged it so confetti would fall out right on Dave while they were filming a Fraggle scene. We get to see the actual footage where this happened. It's very funny, there's silence for a moment after the confetti falls, then confusion, then hilarity. I didn't see Richard at first but I knew he must be there because I heard him laughing, lol. He then walked on to the stage from around the corner, stared at the rigged from where the confetti fell and just started laughing his approval. He went up to Steve and Dave (normally the practical jokers of the group) and declared them "Scaredy cat #1 and #2." Then he looks at the camera and says, "Now we know who's really scared of everything!"

Really? And I thought Richard was mostly Gryffindor and Ravenclaw, with a touch of Hufflepuff.

(chuckle) I'll bet the scene with the confetti was worth seeing - and now I really want to see Richard walk over and start teasing Dave and Steve (or Scaredy cat #1 and #2).

So Richard left his water gun at home this time...but then again, "Scared Silly" was taped in March, in Toronto. If he'd gone around spritzing crew members, and they gave him another revenge drenching from the hose, he might have gotten a chill. And we can't have that, can we?

Hehe, well to be fair, I don't know much about Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff (I'm more of a casual HP fan.)

Definitely worth seeing! I can't really describe it in words but he does sort of imitate how scared he thought they looked, lol. And I was so worried there would be nothing good left to see, hehe. You know maybe somebody does read this boards. It does seem like they've been trying to include Richard on these Fraggle sets. I'll try to share more once I get to see the other DVDs in this set.

Yeah Richard actually kinda reminded me of my Grandfather there, he also had a very loud laugh and would start going off out of nowhere, lol.

Hmm, yes I imagine March in Canada is not water gun/hose weather, lol.

Gryffindor: bravery
Hufflepuff: hard work and loyalty
Ravenclaw: intelligence, creativity
Slytherin: ambition

Well, I like to think that Richard would have been included no matter what. I mean, he was so crucial to the success of Fraggle Rock and all the other Muppet Shows that they have to include him.
Plus, the fans all love him to this day: I read the account of the first MuppetFest, and when Brian Henson stood up and said, "One of our chief performers was Richard Hunt," a big group of fans started applauding. And Jerry Nelson, who was sitting on stage with the other Muppet performers, got a big smile on his face. (After all, it's his best friend, performing partner and spiritual little brother they're all cheering for.)

Ah ok yes I think Richard (and the other performers) would fit in well with all those groups in some way.

I did hear that about Muppetfest, very sweet moment.

Btw, there's also a very good photo on the DVD of Richard with Junior Gorg, and Junior's other daddy Rob Mills. Hehe

I really wonder how Richard would have fit in at MuppetFest, had Fate let him and Jim stick around a little longer. I'll bet the proceedings would have been ten times nuttier if Richard were there with Scooter and some of his other puppets.

(chuckle) That's true. Junior Gorg: body by Mills, voice by Hunt.

I know what you mean, I've always thought about that in regards to the Fraggle DVDs, what he could have contributed to the bonus features. Not to get too sad but you get to see him in this great "Scared Silly" segment, but then he's gone again. Well, I did have one thought. I loved Karen's comments on the Season 1 DVD, she's got a great sense of humor. And I think if Richard had been there, he wouldn't have hesitated to offer his approval. Hehe (Not that Steve and Dave didn't, but Richard was a little less shy with his laughing.)

Speaking of Steve and Dave, I decided to watch the "Scared Silly" segment from their pov this time. In reaction to be called "Scaredy Cats 1 & 2", Steve sort of nods his head like "Yes yes, Richard, whatever you say." But Dave attempts to defend himself, saying to the camera, "I wasn't scared!" Lol

Hi everyone. The reason I haven't been on here as much is because my computer broke down. But I hope you're all doing okay.

Hi, ilikemuppets! Oh yeah? I hope your computer's OK now or you got it replaced. That can be so frustrating!

Yeah I had a rather difficult week, but I think things are starting to improve.
