I prefer it with bread crumbs and bacon personally. That’s about it.

I know how to make it thankfully. I just don’t feel like spending my money on butter if all I’m gonna use it for is a Mac and cheese dish (I rarely eat it on a bagel or toast, etc).

The only additive I'll accept in mac and cheese is lobster; Red Lobster's is to die for, but sometimes if I make it myself, and lobster tails happen to be on sale at the store, I'll dice up some lobster meat and toss it in.

Can't eat lobster because I break out in hives. Was able to eat it as a kid though...

You're not alone, actually, my dad can't eat lobster either - not for the same reason as you though, actually, the same reason why I can't eat lasagna.

On the topic of Mac n Cheese, am I the only one who doesn’t like it at all?

Mac & cheese is great. I haven't had it in forever, but I would eat it regularly as a kid. Plain Kraft, maybe with an extra melted slice of American cheese on top. (I was never a fan of Velveeta, to be honest.)

When I used to go out to restaurants, I'd see mac & cheese on the menu with various extras: breadcrumbs, bacon bits, shredded broccoli, chicken, ground beef, and even lobster. I haven't had those options before, but I'm willing to give them a try. Any other ways that mac & cheese could be prepared or reinvented?

Am I the only one who thinks maple syrup only works with waffles, French toast and pancakes respectively?

Like, I gotta be honest. I’m not a fan of sausage or bacon or eggs with syrup, especially eggs. 😐
