Okay, so I'll be honest, this is just something that kinda popped in my head today.

Am I the only one who got kind of annoyed how some users on the state of the world thread said the word "liberal" is an insult? Like it's only something associated in negativity?

Granted, I get where they're coming from. "Fake liberal news", "oh, he's such an annoying liberal", "stupid liberal parents", etc. But at the same time, it kinda bugged me how the word "conservative" couldn't be dismissed as an insult.

"Fake conservative news", "those annoying conservatives", "stupid conservative parents", etc.
