Am I the only one who used to really look forward to those hurricane episodes of Sesame Street re-airing as a kid? Like, I know it destroyed Big Bird's nest, and that was sad, but like, seeing all the residents together, seeing them prepare for a big storm. It was a really exciting event.

So, about "Good Morning Starshine" . . . am I the only one who thinks "Chrissy" (assuming that is Chrissy, or a reasonable facsimilie) looks like a sad and hungry dog of some kind, looking pitifully over Bob's shoulder, hoping he'll give him (or her, given Caroll used his female voice) something to eat?

Just FYI, those guys aren't Little Jerry and the Monotones. Just generic Anything Muppet hippies that look like them.

But yes, I have noticed that.

Perhaps, but the way I figure it, I think we could argue they were at least prototypes . . . well, the purple and the pumpkins being prototypes for Chrissy and Rockin' Richard . . . but again, this could be argued.

Now for another one: so, I know this music comes from the Pokemon anime, but am I the only one, when listening to it, thinks it could have actually worked well in a late-period Henson piece?

And by "late-period," I mean like from the mid 80s up until 1990. I almost get a CHRISTMAS TOY vibe listening to it.

@D'Snowth I personally don't consider Anything Muppet characters proto since you can change them at the end of the day, but to each their own.

And yeah, and I can see why you think that would work as a Henson holiday piece.

Not necessarily holiday (just using that as an example), but I mean, I can definitely imagine hearing a score like this in some kind of special or TV movie from that time period.
