I like Leslie's new character. Seeing Bill and Alice make cameos was nice. The cover of Rock and Roll All Night was awesome.

I always thought it was 'party every day' myself and with a side job where I write captioning, I do pay attention to these things. Good ep overall. Dave's getting better and better with Janice. Fer sure. I also liked that they were able to get the EM's famous "Can You Picture That" song in, hence the title.

I liked that Tahj Mowry was in it too. I haven't seen him in anything since "Kim Possible," and there you just heard his voice. Can you picture Wade being a party animal like that?

Was the woman carving an ice sculpture of Janice Leslie? It looked like her.

Long overdue, but I finally began watching The Muppets Mayhem.

I feel like this episode corrected an error developed in Muppets Most Wanted (and, to some degree, the 2011 film) by actually having the characters in the series like the Muppets (or more specifically the Mayhem). Nobody had to pay audience members to show up to watch Dr. Teeth & the gang perform, nobody was coming at them for being a relic of the past, they're just a beloved act with a legion of fans. Quite a refreshing change of pace.

As far as the human characters go, I do think Nora and Moog work well in this series, although not exactly sure if Nora's sister is really needed. On top of that, I enjoyed the callbacks to past Muppet projects & the use of archival footage.

Another thing I noticed is that they've really toned down Animal as a character (for obvious reasons). Who would've thought that instead of chasing women, he'd be handing them flowers now.

Overall, I'd give this pilot episode an 8/10. It was an endearing and engaging start to the series that neatly set up the premise. Wouldn't say it's as good as the 2015 ABC series, but it is miles better than Muppets Now.
