Back home, Adam's watching some afternoon TV rather disinterestedly. Sure, I could study, but I'll take care of it tomorrow. Christy's gone again... And the girl I like probably doesn't like me, she didn't even stay to finish our lunch date. *Sighs. Maybe I need a friend to talk to. Maybe I just need something to engage my passions again. *Another sigh. If only I could go on some hair-brained adventure with Sis, she always has the grandest times. Sure, we get into trouble, but what adventure isn't fraught with the stuff? *Sighs for a third time. Guess I'll just...

*OOC: Christy, if you wanna bring young Adam into the pirating adventure, I'm upfor that. Anything to pick my spirits up and post between just the two of us again.

(OOC: Remember the night before Christy ran away to sea for good, she was at the school and accidently set it on fire, causing Adam to loose his sight? that event is slated for tonight or tomorrow-ish in Mopfam time. Not sure if you want to do something with that, Ed. Maybe that is the event which truely brings Izzy and Adam together.)

*OOC: Eh... What I want is a chance to catch up. But with the fourteen pages of back and forth, I've kind of given up almost all hope for that. Somehow even the 15K mark has lost some of its luster. Eh, talk to you guys whenever. Just keep things relatively sane.

At least there's that little secret project to look forward to.

OOC: Young Mairin can't do anything til Beau get's back...And now that the house is rebuilt, there is not much Big Mairin can do...<salutes> I shall resist...posting 14 pages in a night...but it was productive...It got Lisa posting again....put the house back together...and got Mairin and Jack back together...sort of...

OOC: Yeah... Too bad none of that posting by Lisa was in the fanfic category for her stalled stories though.

Adam's out and about taking in some of the night air. He thinks about heading off to the school lab to work on a couple of potions or transformation spells. He notices the young pigtailed girl.
Oh hi... Mairin was it? Don't you have a brother named Kyle?

Young Mairin: <sitting on the Moppet's front stoop, with 20 grand in her pocket, waiting for Parker to finish getting ready. She hears Adam and looks up> Do I know you?...I don't believe we've met...yet you know my name...Strange...but then again, I'm not exactly normal......No sir, I don't have an brothers...or sisters for that matter...Why do you ask?

OOC: Ok one, I think Kyle is in his teens, so he wouldn't be born yet. But I don't know. And two, Mairin was given away when she was a baby for her protection after she was in/the cause of an explosion. She does not know at this time that she is related to Kyle...
