Father: Good lad, great to have you on the team. *rushes tree and stabs sword into the roots...pauses expecting the tree to explode in a furry of pink lights but instead* Darn...sword's stuck...

Jack: Ah! Here I'll help! *throws plastic scythe at tree root, bounces off* Well that was anticlimactic...*picks up scythe* Oh well, at least I still have a weapon...

 

[Beauregard]

Father: Sure, rub it in...actually, that might help if you can get it to rub into the wood next to my sword here and...arg...

Jack: Arg? Has Moppet taken over again? I'll get the rum!

Father: *frowns* Do I look like Moppet to you? Ok...trick question, we look the same...

Jack: ...Oh good, because I couldn't tell the difference...Although Moppet is a lot more buff...Maybe you should let him take over to get the sword out.

Father: Moppet in the buff? Now there is an image I don't need...well, you don't need...Remind me to talk about the use of bilengal American and English English next time we arn't being chased by red-coated guard, Jack young man. That reminds me, did I mention the guards?

Jack: No, you failed to mention that. And would this be a bad time to bring up my severe allergic-ness to police? Or gaurds? Or any sort of security? So, yes, back to the running...

Father: Jack...wait, Jack...come back, Jack! There's a boat...wait...*frowns* Jack, if we are going to fight this evil it's going to take more than some old father-figure who's so British he doesn't even get the double-meaning of the word buff - which, in English English not American English is nakkid, by the way - What I'm trying to say is...I'm going to need your help.
