You know what’s one fruit I never tried before?

Pears. Are they honestly any good or have any benefits for health?

I've tried Pears before and their just... bland. That's all I got to say.

I've tried a pear once - it honestly was almost exactly like eating an apple in terms of taste and texture . . . I think it just depends on what kind of pear you eat . . . I've heard some people complain about pears being really gritty and sandy, but I didn't experience that.

Pears... meh. Haven’t eaten one since I was in my single digits. They’re okay if they’re firm. You probably won’t like them if they’re mushy.

Anyone ever have a gyro? (Remember, Snowthy? There was a Seinfeld episode, George was getting on the subway, the door slams on his hand, he had a gyro in his hand and Al Roker takes it off him.)

For the uninitiated, it’s a Greek sandwich. Sliced roasted lamb or beef, lettuce, onions, tomatoes (hold mine) tatziki sauce (Greek ranch) in a pita.
Arby’s made these for a while. Not sure if they still do.

Gyros are good. Though personally for me I’d pass for both tomato and onion.
