Herb: So anyway, all you and your friends basically have to do is go to court and testify at a later date. Then the jury will decide whether you are innocent or responsible for the deaths. Simple enough, right?

Herb: I never said that. I'm just saying that it is the way that is necessary to determine if the lives were lost on account of you. And by the way, I thought you might not trust me, as you guys are always living in uncertainty. So I want to stress that you can trust me. All I am is a person who happens to have some immediate family members killed in an accident...you'd sue too if that happened to you, wouldn't you?
