Man: *walks in apartment* Hi, are you Grace?

Man: Well, you see, my name is Herb Adams. As you've probably already heard, I'm pressing charges against you. You see, at the supermarket that day, my brother was taking my mother grocery shopping. And, they were both killed in the unfortunate mishap.
