*continues to stare at woman*

Herb: Ma'am, you are involved because you caused the mass panic that my two family members were killed in. And let me tell you, you're lucky this isn't worse. The other families chickened out because you claim to be a monster. The supermarket also decided to not press charges because of that fact. And sir, there is no need to sue the clerk who pulled the fire alarm because he was doing the right thing in that case. He was alerting the customers of a potential danger, and rightfully he should.

Um, how exactly did she start the mass panic? It wasn't like she was attacking people left and right as far as I have seen.

Herb: Are you people playing dumb or something? This was all over the news. She revealed her creature form in public, which caused a mass panic in an attempt to reach safety. She set it off by doing something terrible, revealing her form in public without warning. It is debatable as to whether or not she actually hurt anyone by herself, but regardless, her revealing resulted in tons of destruction. I'm not saying you are a danger, I don't know where you got that. But I am saying that I'm suing you for causing the deaths of my mother and brother. Think of it in terms of a car accident. Pretend two people crashed into each other. Though they were the crashers, it really was the person who swerved in front of one car that made it go off the road and crash into the other. You may not have specifically hurt anyone, but you definitely were the cause of the rampage that caused the deaths.
