Fang: Oh good...you two aren't hurt. Rex left screaming that he quit.

*sees Marie*

*approaches her and nudges her with his head*

*to Fang*
He did? He wasn't happy that we were all opposed to what he planned to do to Johnny... Do you think you could get the bridle off?

Wait...Rex quit? But why? What's happened here while I've been gone?

Fang: He didn't like it that I told him he wasn't capable of making rational decisions anymore and when I told him he was fired, he quit. I mean, I understand how he feels...but I really don't blame Johnny for any of this. He was doing his job...even if it was illegal...

I see... Johnny didn't like what he had to do but he just had no other choice back then...

So Johnny was doing something illegal which greatly upset Rex...should I ask what this illegal job was? Or is it better that I don't know?
*Starts to semi-absentmindedly scratch Johnny's ear.*

Edit: This isn't going to change my view of Johnny. He's a good person at heart and always willing to help his friends. And I'm willing to help him when he needs it, as I'm willing to help any of my friends.

Fang: Well...Rex found out Johnny was the most deadly and wanted assassin we were tracking down. He killed thousands of people...but given his situation, it was probably the only job he could find....right?

*moos and ears droop*

I would guess so, and it's not like he had a choice. If Emma hadn't tried her hardest to make his life miserable, this wouldn't have happened...
