Shadow: Ever since we left the ghost zone you haven't needed me...

That's not true. Look, I don't know what would happen to me if anything happened to you. I'd rather keep you safe...

Cid: "Pretty good. I'm checking up on my airships to make sure nothing's wrong with them. Sometimes, I fly people from one place to another for a small fee and every year, I check on my airships."

You love airships, huh?

*Shadow just looks at him*

Shadow, you've been my best friend for years. Just because I'm marrying Yuna doesn't mean that changes. I want you to be safe. With all the trouble we seem to get ourselves into, it's better if you aren't out and nothing happens to you.

*turns human*

Yeah, the ghost zone was full of lunatics, but they left you alone if you left them alone. Here, there are all kinds of things that could possibly kill you...and I don't want anything to happen to you...*hugs Shadow*

*just look confused at Cid and Edea*

Cid: "My family's been building airships for generations. My great grandfather just loved being in the air like a bird. That's why he started building airships. Although, we think that even my ancestors loved flying."

How about we go to the ghost zone for a bit?

*Shadow makes happy noises*

*goes to garage and gets on bike, opens a portal and goes in with Shadow following him*

Cid: "Would you like to fly around on an airship?"

*we all go outside and board one of Cid's airships and just fly around*
