Well, of course they want each other. All the Chipettes were made for the Chipmunks. I mean, that's why they have similar personalities and character designs, right?

But when it comes down to it, Alvin and Brittney are so egotistical, they just want someone exactly like themselves. it's a perfect match.

Simon's much more out-going and adventurous compared to the shy, timid, and reclusive Jeanette, meanwhile although Theodore and Eleanor both love food and love to cook, Eleanor's much more athletic and active than Theodore is. Not to mention The Chipettes are attracted to human guys as well as The Chipmunks become attracted to human girls occasionally.
