Episode 1255 - Big Bird Gets His Tonsils Removed
HBO Max Premiere: Wednesday May 27, 2020
Olivia and her friend, Dr. Ramos see that Big Bird is not feeling well. Dr. Ramos examines Big Bird and finds his tonsils are very swollen and red. Dr. Ramos suggests Big Bird have his tonsils removed. Olivia and Dr. Ramos console Big Bird, who is nervous to go to the hospital. Bob and Linda visit Big Bird at the hospital and bring him presents before his procedure. While Big Bird is in surgery, his new friends visit his room, where Bob and Linda teach the children sign language. Later, David and Olivia join Bob and Linda at the hospital. David tells him that ice cream will help his sore throat feel better. Dr. Ramos checks on Big Bird and presents him with a medal for being an excellent patient. Big Bird has a good experience at the hospital and wants to stay longer.
