Speaking of Archie comics, there was a Saturday cartoon in the 80s, wasn't there? I have a few comics that says to look for it - I'm not sure I ever watched it, though.
Family Circus also had some holiday movies to...I loved the easter one :excited:!

Ah, you must be thinking of The New Archies Loosely based on the little Archie comic book series. I remember that one too. I don't think I watched it all that much, though...

Now, Archie's Weird Mysteries I watched. One of Dic's better post 1980's cartoons.

^ Thanks for the info  The pictures look familiar, I think my sister had a few of the comics. Will have to check the basement.

I've only seen clips of AWM, and some of the episode where Veronica becomes a giant. It's not bad but I didn't care for the voices much :/

I liked the Archie and the Jughead... personally, I really liked the show and the "movie" Archie and the Jugman (which came double billed on a DVD with the Dennis the Menace telefilm). And I'm not even that big an Archie fan... though I LOVED the Howard Morris voice Jughead telling the J story on Sesame Street.

I loved the Archies growing up. I read the comic books a lot, and now my husband and I have a bunch of those double digests from when we had lived in New Jersey. We even went and met some of the comic artists when we were there. They had a big Archie convention in Long Island back in 1995 just before we moved here, and we attended. It was very neat.

I preferred the original Filmation Archie the best. With it's neat stories and musical numbers. Along with the spin-offs like Archie's Funhouse, The U.S. of Archie, Archie's TV Funnies, and Sabrina.

That's really neat  I have about two boxes worth of Archie comics from my childhood. I even got a drawing published in one of the issues! My parents have it framed and everything XD I haven't been an avid reader for about 11 years but I check up on it every now and then.

I used to have a tape of a few Archie episodes from the 60s, I don't know what the name of it was. I thought it kinda corny, heh *hides*

I was never really into the Archies, myself. I don't know why though.

I was never into Archie because I never understood if the digests were just reprints of old comics or new stories :\
